Caregiver & Dependency Support Documentation
What We Do
At Insight Disability Solutions, we provide clinical functional assessments and professional medical documentation to support applications related to caregiver and dependency supports.
This service is distinct from the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) and focuses on documenting when an individual requires assistance, supervision, or caregiving support, whether on a temporary or ongoing basis.
We do not approve benefits or services. Our role is to provide accurate, program-appropriate medical documentation so third-party organizations can make informed eligibility decisions.
